2005 Fermoy Estate Reserve Semillon

Pale straw in colour, the wine has aromas of freshly cut lime with a lovely nutty background and a blend of vanillin oak. Luscious textured palate balanced with lingering mineral acidity. This wine has lovely depth of flavour with nuances of nougat, cashew and creamy oatmeal
