Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
100% Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2011 viintage was one of the best vintages that we have had in many years. The warm temperatures and the dry weather were particularly beneficial for Cabernet Sauvignon and harvesting was done earlier than usual. The wine has an intense ruby red colour, exhibiting rich aromas of chocolate, mocha and blueberry. The palate has rich varietal intensity, displaying tannins and briary red fruits.
