Shopping Terms & Conditions

To place your order, simply browse through our selection of wines and add to your cart. Total order quantity must be in case lots, ie 12, 24, 36 bottles. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions for payment and delivery.

Shipping

Delivery to anywhere in Western Australia is charged at $10 on the first case (dozen), all subsequent cases are sent free of charge. Delivery outside of Western Australia is charged at $20 on the first case (dozen), all subsequent cases are sent free of charge. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to deliver to international locations. Please contact your nearest distributor for information on purchasing Fermoy wines in your country.

We use Australia Post as our carrier. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours only (not inclusive of public holidays). In the event that you are not home when delivery is attempted a card will be left and the wine returned to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection. Alternatively, please provide delivery instructions when placing your order.

If your wine does not arrive within 10 - 15 working days of your order being received please contact us.

Refunds & Returns

If incorrect goods are delivered Fermoy Estate will fully refund or replace the bottles concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within 1 month of delivery.

If a wine is found to be faulty or damaged we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund. Notification must be given to us within 5 working days of delivery.

In the event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a replacement. Where an item ordered is not available we may accept the order for the remaining items ordered which are available. However, at peak times of the year, we do reserve the right to replace out of stock items with another of equal value.

Pricing

Prices are subject to alteration. We will contact you prior to accepting the order if there has been a change in price. All wines are offered subject to availability and remain the property of Fermoy Estate until payment is received in full. 10% GST payable on shipments within Australia is included in the prices.

Privacy Statement and Consent

By placing an order, you agree/consent to register as a “Friend of Fermoy” and to receive marketing information/offers from Fermoy from time to time. You consent to Fermoy using and disclosing your personal information for the purposes of accepting, and processing your wine order, and to use your details for future marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to any person unless it is required or authorised by law, to a contracted mailing house/ call centre that is bound by a confidentiality agreement or to an entity that acquires the business or assets of Fermoy. You are able to access your personal information at no charge. You may notify us at any time should you not wish to receive future marketing or promotional material.
