Tasting Note
Colour is brilliant ruby red with a purple hue. The nose has lifted aromas of cherry, cassis and liquorice complemented by a more savoury background of black olive tapenade and charry oak. The wine is well structured with a fine balance between oak tannins and natural acidity. The palate is long with mocha, cherry and spicy white pepper flavours.
