Celebrate Fermoy Estate’s 40th anniversary with a cosy Cabernet class by Leah Clearwater of the Margaret River Wine Academy and Fermoy’s head winemaker, Jeremey Hodgson. Taste your way through the label’s back vintages and museum wines, while discovering the craft and terroir behind each wine, as well as what makes the region a Cabernet hot spot. This intimate evening is perfect for growing your wine knowledge and connecting with other wine lovers. Along the way, you’ll enjoy some light bites, then a winter feast of spit-roasted lamb, beef fat roast potatoes and Fermoy red wine gravy. Education never tasted so good.
