
Summer Pop-Up: Elliott's at Fermoy
This summer, Elliott’s at Fermoy is bringing a fresh, seasonal pop-up experience to the estate, complete with its own menu crafted exclusively for our cellar door.
Different to Elliott’s in Margaret River, this is a relaxed, share-style dining concept designed to pair beautifully with our wines. Think vibrant, flavour-driven dishes, great wine and those easy summer feels.
The menu celebrates the best of local produce: fresh seafood, artisan charcuterie, house-made pasta and sourdough pizzas, all made for sharing.
