2022 Fe Rosé
Aroma: Fresh and lifted aromatics of red apple, rosewater, musk and redcurrant.
Palate: The palate is juicy and flavoursome with a soft and delicate mouthfeel. Bright and fleshy fruit notes of raspberry, pink lady and watermelon are balanced by a delicate grape sweetness and a soft, citrus acid line.
2022 Estate Rosé
Aroma: Lifted aromatics of wild strawberry, redcurrant, rose water and lemon blossom.
Palate: Vibrant fruits of redcurrant, rosehip and pink grapefruit on the front palate lead into some more textural notes of nougat, cashew and Turkish delight before a soft, lemon curd acid line ensures a long, textural, and mouth-watering finish.

2018 Sparkling Brut Rosé
Aroma: Scents of rose petal, pink lady, raspberry and citrus blossom with complexing notes of brioche, field mushroom, oyster shell and toasted nuts.
Palate: Made in the traditional method, this wine has spent 4 years on lees in bottle prior to disgorgement. This extended time allows for more complex characters and textures to evolve – baked pastries, truffles and cream complementing delicate, perfumed fruit notes. A beautifully soft and delicate mousse and fine, persistent bead carry the flavours and continually refresh the palate.
