“Hewn of 20% whole-bunch fruit and a partial wild and cultured yeast ferment prior to 18 months in French oak (25% new). Oozing blue fruit along its sinuous veins of pepper grind, camphor and clove, the acidity is perfectly positioned, the tannins nicely edgy, the finish long and juicy with a nod to reductive tension, rather than a subservient bow.” Ned Goodwin, 2019 Halliday Wine Companion.
