What wine can I choose?
The FE Shiraz wine club is limited only to FE Shiraz. All other Fermoy wines can continue to purchased through cellar door, online or through the main Fermoy wine club.
How much wine do I have to purchase?
All orders must be in case multiples (12 bottles in a case). The minimum order is 1 case.
How will the future orders be paid and processed?
Future orders will be automatically processed on 1 August, 1 November, 1 February and 1 May until such time as your membership is cancelled. Orders will be processed through your credit card held securely by us.
When will the future orders be delivered?
Orders will be processed on 1 August, 1 November, 1 February and 1 May in each year until your membership has been cancelled. Orders are normally dispatched within around 5 business days of processing and delivery normally takes between 7 and 10 business days after dispatch.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel your membership between 1 February and 1 April in any year. However, by joining the FE Shiraz wine club you are agreeing to buying a minimum of 4 cases per year each year you are a member.
Can I change my delivery address or have the wine delivered to another address?
Yes. You can update your shipping address via your wine club portal or by contacting our customer service team on 1300 133 766.
Can I change the delivery dates if I am going to be away?
You may, with our agreement, re-schedule a delivery to an alternative date, however this must be arranged and agreed by no later than ten (10) days before the scheduled delivery date. Whilst we will endeavour to accommodate requests for re-scheduled deliveries, no guarantee can be made in this regard.
What happens after 12 months?
Between 1 February and 1 April in any year you may cancel your membership and no further orders will be processed for you. If you do not cancel, your membership will be renewed for a further 12 months.
Can I have more than just FE Shiraz in my club membership?
The FE Shiraz wine club is limited only to FE Shiraz. You are welcome to join the main Fermoy wine club and choose any other Fermoy wines to enjoy a 25% saving with full flexibility to change, skip or cancel your membership.
Why is the discount under the FE Shiraz club more than the other Fermoy wine club?
By joining the FE Shiraz wine club you are agreeing to purchase at least 4 cases per annum from us. This enables us to provide the highest discount of 50% as we have the security of knowing that future orders will be made. The existing Fermoy wine club offers a very generous 25% of all purchases, but provides the ability to skip or amend your orders at any time.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime between 1 February and 1 April in any year. You simply need to contact our customer service team on 1300 133 766 to arrange.
I am existing wine club member. How does this new wine club affect my current membership?
It doesn't affect it all and your existing wine club membership can continue to operate normally. You may choose to make changes to your existing wine club order, and this can be done by logging into your customer portal or by contacting our customer service team.
I am a club member and already have FE Shiraz in my order. Will I now get 50% off?
You only receive 50% off by joining the FE Shiraz club and buying at least a case of FE Shiraz (and agreeing to buy another case each quarter until February).
Your existing wine club order will remain unchanged and receive a 25% discount.
You can amend your existing wine club order at any time and change any FE Shiraz in your current order to other wines of your choice when you choose to join the FE Shiraz club.
I am an existing wine club member – if I join the FE shiraz club will my existing wine club order (that includes FE Shiraz) be automatically changed?
If you an existing wine club member and now join the FE Shiraz club, we will contact you directly to discuss your existing wine club order and to make any changes required. Alternatively, you can change your existing wine club order at any time by logging into your customer portal or contacting the customer service team.
