Summer Pop Up

Over summer the original cellar door on the estate was home to Elliott’s at Fermoy, a seasonal pop up serving relaxed, flavour driven food alongside our wines while tastings continued next door in our dedicated cellar door.

Created specifically for the estate, the menu offered a more casual, share style approach designed to pair naturally with Fermoy wines. The kitchen focused on local seafood, charcuterie, house made pasta and sourdough pizzas built around fresh Margaret River produce.

The pop up was a fantastic addition to the estate over summer and we’re grateful to Elliott’s and everyone who joined us.

Stay tuned as we explore what the next chapter might look like.
