What wine can I choose?
Choose from the entire Fermoy range including the Fe, Estate and Reserve wines, inclusive of the Sparkling and Muscat. A minimum of 6 bottles per order.
How often will the wine be delivered?
It’s your choice! Select your wines to be delivered every 1, 2 or 3 months. This can be changed anytime via your wine club portal.
What if I am away or simply do not want my next wine club order?
You can skip or reschedule the delivery via your wine club portal. Alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0447 001 432 and our customer service team will assist you.
Can I change the wine in my order?
Absolutely! You can change your selection of wine via your wine club portal, to suit the season or suit your mood.
How will I know when my next wine club order is coming?
We will notify you 14 days before each scheduled dispatch date. Any changes you wish to make can be made via your wine club portal, if you do nothing your order will remain the same. You will receive another email once your order is shipped with tracking details.
How and when do I pay for future wine deliveries?
We securely keep the details the credit card that will be charged before each scheduled dispatch date. You can update your billing details at anytime via your wine club portal.
Can I choose to have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. You can update your shipping address via your wine club portal. This also allows you to send your scheduled wine club order to a friend or family member should you wish to do so.
If I want to purchase more wine during the year, do I still receive the same discount?
Yes, the 25% discount can be used on all full price wine purchases. Please note, this discount cannot be used in conjunction with special offers or any other discounts.
What happens to my club order on public holidays or around Christmas/New Years?
The Fermoy Wine Club runs 365 days per year, so if your order is scheduled to process on a public holiday, your card will be charged and your order processed on that day. There may be slight delays with your order being dispatched from our winery, or longer than normal transit times, but your order will still proceed through the normal process and you will receive notification emails at each stage.
How can I be assured that I will not find the wines cheaper at a bottle shop?
In the unlikely situation you will find a lower price, our price match guarantee gives you peace of mind that you will always buy our current wines at the very best price.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your membership anytime. Please email email@example.com or call 0447 001 432 and our customer service team will assist you.
I've ordered multiple cases, and I've not yet received them all.
Fermoy predominantly uses Australia Post for wine deliveries, as they service the Margaret River wine region, where the Fermoy winery is located. Sometimes multiple case orders will arrive at separate times, as Australia Post treats every case as its own delivery, and does not combine cases for tracking purposes. If you haven't received your other case(s) within 7 days of the first, please contact us on 1300 133 766 so we can investigate for you.
