2015 Fermoy Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
59% Semillon; 40% Sauvignon Blanc; 1% Chardonnay

Fresh, bright aromatics – a malange of lemon, cut grass, snow pea and fresh asparagus.
The palate transitions from the crisp herbal notes of grass and snow pea to softer fruits of guava and lemon curd through the middle – good flavour intensity and a clean, precise acid line combine to create a wine of great length and texture.
A select parcel (20% of the total blend) was fermented and matured for 3 months in a combination of new and 1-2 year old French oak barriques.
Drink now or cellar for up to 2 years.
