Reviews: "Serious intent in building complexity with 20% whole bunches, both pre & post maceration plus 15 months in 40% new oak. Red & black fruit, brown spice, a faint herbal ribbon, then cedar & vanilla bean notes. All the elements are there, just requiring a little more time to knit together. Drink by 2030" David Bicknell, 2020 Wine Companion
“Deep red colour with a good tint of purple, & a shy savoury, earthy, dry spice aroma & flavour. It's medium-bodied & lean-ish, dry & savoury, with attractive elegance & appealing flavour. The tannins are ample & firm. The structure tight. A bit oaky, but good concentration. It's a very smart wine. Drink 2020-2034.” Houn Hooke, The Real Review, 21 Aug 2019
