Appearance: Bright and vibrant red pink
Aroma: Fresh and bright aromatics of red apple, strawberry compote, lemon blossom and blueberry.
Palate: The palate is bright and vibrant with a soft and delicate mouthfeel. Bright and fleshy red and blue fruit notes are balanced by a delicate grape sweetness and soft, lemon acid line.

Pressed off skins after 6hrs, the resultant bright pink juice was fermented cool in stainless steel – with fermentation stopped slightly early to retain a hint of natural grape sugar.
