2019 Sauvignon Blanc


Varietals (%’S):  86% Sauvignon Blanc; 12% Semillon; 2% Chardonnay

Appearance:  Pale straw with green tints.

Aroma:  Floral bouquet of lemon blossom, nettle and flowering thyme lead to aromas of guava and kiwifruit with savoury notes of walnut and cedar.

Palate:  Textured and complex, with fruit and herb notes intertwining with hints of spice and flint.  A creamy nuttiness fills the mid-palate while a grapefruit acid line adds drive and length.

Oak Detail:  100% of the blend spent 7 months (including ferment) in a combination of new and 1-year old French barriques.

Cellaring:  Ready for immediate drinking and will continue to drink well over the next 3-4 years.

Acidity:  pH 3.35; TA 7.25g/L

Residual Sugar:  1.0g/L
