2020 Sauvignon Blanc


Varietals (%’S):  86% Sauvignon Blanc; 7% Semillon; 7% Chardonnay

Appearance: Pale straw with green tints.

Aroma:  Lemon, grapefruit, guava and kiwi with herbal nuances of sorrel and lemon thyme.

Palate:  Textured and complex, with fruit and herb notes intertwining with hints of oak spice and flint. A creamy nuttiness fills the mid-palate while a mouth-watering preserved lemon acid line provides refreshment and length.

Oak Detail:  100% of the blend spent 9 months (including ferment) in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barriques.

Cellaring:  Ready for immediate drinking and will continue to drink well over the next 3-4 years.

Food Pairing: Pan-seared scallops with ginger & spring onion.

Alcohol Volume:  13.0%
Acidity:  pH 3.39; TA 6.9g/L

Residual Sugar:  1.0g/L
