Palate: Palate is luscious and mouth - coating - caramel, butterscotch and orange peel notes. Long, delicate finish with refreshing acid line.

Cellaring: By its very nature, fortified wine is made for the long haul

Alcohol volume: 17%

Acidity: pH 3.66; TA 5.8g/L R

Residual Sugar: ~200 g/L
