2022 Vintage Brut Rosé

Colour Pale, blush salmon. Brilliant clarity, with a fine, persistent bead.

Nose Complex aromas of chipped oyster shell, natural yoghurt and brioche give way to perfumed fruits of pink lady, rose petal & pomegranate.

Palate Made in the traditional method, this wine has spent over 3 years on lees in bottle prior to disgorgement. This extended time allows for more complex characters and textures to evolve – baked pastries, yoghurt and cream complementing delicate, perfumed fruit notes. A beautifully soft and delicate mousse and fine, persistent bead carry the flavours and continually refresh the palate.

The base wine was partially fermented in seasoned French oak barriques and puncheons to help build texture and mouthfeel.
