Original tasting note: Perfumed and delicate, this wine is a reflection of a milder vintage. A complex and fragrant front palate of mulberry and blackcurrant fruits leads to lifted rose petal and crushed raspberry notes, followed by the textural and savoury characters of wet earth, bay leaf, tobacco leaf and dark chocolate spice. Delicate, fine-grained tannins provide a gently structured and beautifully poised example of medium-bodied Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon.

Original tasting note: Fragrant aromas of mulberry, boysenberry and cassis combine with bay leaf, rosemary spice, and graphite/dark chocolate richness. Fully ripe tannins frame a palate of varietal cassis and bay leaf, while lifted perfumes of violet and raspberry contribute a freshness to complement the richness of cigar box, dark chocolate, and cedar oak spice.

Original tasting note: Fine-boned and elegant, this medium-weighted wine still displays power and gravitas. Succulent, concentrated fruits through the mid-palate lead into herb nuances and complex dustings of spice. Long, fine tannins and carefully managed tight-grained oak provide structure, framework and length to ensure a beautifully elegant finish.
