2022 Fumé Blanc

Aroma: Intriguing aromas of passionfruit pulp and tangerine, leading into complexing notes of jasmine flower, liquorice, vanilla bean, grilled nuts and olive brine.

Palate: Textured and complex, a full-bodied white wine with mouthfeel and intrigue. Skin contact during ferment heightens perfume whilst contributing phenolic crunch – peach kernel, fennel and green-olive pit, whilst new French oak adds woodsmoke, flint and exotic spice. Acid is soft yet textured, glossy, and rich – think preserved lemon, mandarin, and nectarine.

2022 Sauvignon Blanc

Aroma: Aromas of passionfruit, pear skin, lemon barley and lime leaf combine with complexing savoury notes of lemon thyme and cashew nut.

Palate: Textured and mouth-filling – fleshy fruits of pear, nectarine and guava fill the mid-palate before intertwining with hints of toasted nuts and cooking herbs. A soft, talc-like mineral acid focuses the finish around notes of grapefruit zest, blackcurrant and kaffir lime.

2023 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Aroma:  Fresh & vibrant aromatics of lime juice, lemon zest, green apple and passionfruit overlay subtle savoury notes of fresh herbs and cut straw.

Palate:  A textured and balanced style showing perfumed lift of citrus blossom and zest, combined with body and mouthfeel garnered from partial barrel fermentation and maturation on lees. Savoury notes of green olive and herbs add complexity while a punchy, saline acid line ensures a crisp, dry and refreshing finish.
